This flagship conference will explore in more detail the core of lifelong learning, examining why some people thrive in this dynamic landscape, while others are harder to reach. In a constantly changing world, success does not revolve solely around gaining knowledge, but also around continual adjustment and personal growth. Lifelong learning gives individuals the power to thrive in this dynamic landscape, while enhancing our economies and societies at the same time. During this conference, we will therefore be examining the essential topics of internal motivation and institutional obstacles within lifelong learning.

Alongside that, we also want to discuss the impact of specific developments, such as the digital and green transition, on lifelong learning. In the near future, these topics will be of great importance to lifelong learning environments and to our society in general.
